POLIMERPROM LLC has been manufacturing metal-polymer saddles for packaging, storage and transportation of casing, lifting and drill pipes by auto, railway and water-born transport. The saddles are made of compounds based on high-pressure polyethylene of low density (HPP) of 10803-020 type (it does not contain components which can start corrosion and adhesion to pipe surfaces) according to GOST 16337-77 with steel reinforcement. They can be used within the temperature range of minus 46ºС (50ºF) to plus 66ºС (150ºF).
