Since 2004 POLIMERPROM LLC has been engaged in development and manufacture of thread protectors for casing, lifting and drill pipes and of protective elements for pipeline pipes and for large diameter pipes. The developed protectors and protective elements are unique and protected by Russian patents.
The manufactured protectors and protective parts have been developed for pipes of PSL-1, PSL-2 and PSL-3 quality levels and fully correspond to the requirements of API Spec. 5CT, API Spec. 5D and API 5L standards. They have a GOST R Certificate of Conformity and are included into Gazprom STO Standard 2-3.2-194-2008.
The Company has been making a serial production of protectors with widely used types of thread (ОТТМ, ОТТG, BC, LC, STC, ТМК FMC, ТМК GF, ТМК PF, ТМК CS, ТМК TTL-01, ТМК FMT, ТМК PF ET and ТМК-1). The Company can also manufacture protectors with any other types of thread to customers’ options.
